Pre-registration open · launch 2027

One exclusion.
Every licensed casino.

Exclude Global is a single self-exclusion register that works across borders. Register once, and every online gambling operator holding a recognised licence will be required to refuse your account, wherever it is based.

Free for individuals. Pre-registration does not block you yet. We will contact you to verify your identity when the programme goes live.

§ 1The gap

Self-exclusion stops at the border. Online casinos don't.

Many countries already run their own registers: ROFUS in Denmark, OASIS in Germany, Spelpaus in Sweden, GAMSTOP in Great Britain. They work well for operators licensed in that country.

But a person excluded at home can open an account in minutes with a site licensed in Curaçao, Anjouan or Kahnawake. Those operators have no obligation to check a foreign register, so many people who asked for protection lose it the moment they search for an alternative.

Exclude Global closes that gap. We work with licensing authorities so that checking one shared register becomes a condition of holding a licence, in every jurisdiction that signs up.

§ 2How it works

Three steps, then it runs without you.

Step 1

You register and verify once

Confirm your identity with a government ID or your national eID. Choose an exclusion period: one year, five years, or permanent.

Step 2

We create an anonymous key

Your details are turned into a one-way cryptographic key. The key is what operators check against. It cannot be reversed into your name.

Step 3

Every licensed operator checks it

At sign-up, login and deposit, operators query the register through our API. If you are on it, the account is refused or closed.

No name, no birth date, no reason, no history. The operator learns only whether to refuse the account. Each check is logged so regulators can audit that operators are complying.

§ 3Your data

We hold your data for one purpose: keeping you excluded.

You are trusting us with something personal. These commitments are written into our statutes and our agreements with every authority and operator. The full details are in our privacy policy.

Single purpose

Your data is used only to enforce your exclusion. Not for research, profiling, advertising or product development.

Never sold or shared

We do not sell, rent or share your data with anyone. Operators and authorities receive a yes or no, nothing more.

Minimum necessary

We keep only what is needed to recognise you. Your identity document is checked, then deleted. It is never stored.

Encrypted and EU-hosted

Records are encrypted at rest and in transit, held in EU data centres and processed under the GDPR.

You can see your record

Ask at any time to see exactly what we hold and which operators have checked it.

Deleted when it ends

When a fixed exclusion period ends, your record is deleted within 30 days. Pre-registration data is deleted on request.

What we keep

  • Full name and date of birth · to match you reliably
  • Country of residence · to apply local rules
  • Email address · to contact you about your exclusion only
  • Your chosen exclusion period
  • The anonymous subject key

What we never keep

  • Copies of your passport or ID card
  • Bank, card or payment details
  • Your gambling history or losses
  • Your reason for excluding yourself
  • Browsing data, location or device identifiers
§ 4Jurisdictions

The licensing authorities in the launch programme

Where a national register already exists, Exclude Global links to it rather than replacing it. Offshore licences, where most cross-border play happens, are a priority.
